Each year, no more than 5% of Texas lawyers are selected by the research team as Super Lawyers.
Rising Stars are selected using the same process, but to be eligible an attorney must also be under the age of 40 or have been in practice for fewer than 10 years. No more than 2.5% of Texas attorneys receive this honor every year.
The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazines and in regional magazines and newspapers across the country.
