Wills: What Is Undue Influence?

Undue influence can best be described as getting someone to do something that they wouldn't normally do, even if they're in their right mind. Typically, someone who is incapacitated can be easily influenced because they don't have the ability to form the proper intent or the proper ability to withstand some sort of influence. If you are someone who is unable to be influenced and yet through different circumstances someone overtakes what your natural inclination is and instead forces their will on you, that is undue influence.
