Who Can Be Appointed Executor (Personal Representative)?
The executor who is named to the will can be appointed, however there are certain things that would disqualify someone from serving as the executor. Such as, a criminal conviction of certain types and also if there is some instance of bad character or if they a conflict with the estate.
